Title to goods sold passes upon delivery to the carrier. WP Pro North America accepts no responsibility for damage or loss in transit. WP Pro North America will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist the buyer in initiating action against the carrier for such losses. The buyer must notify WP Pro North America in writing and the carrier as soon as the loss or damage is known and in any event, no later than 24hrs after delivery.

WP Pro North American shall not be responsible or liable for any delays, losses, or damages caused by strikes, lockouts, labor trouble, acts of war, acts of nature, public calamity, or other causes beyond its control, or acts not directly caused by WP Pro North America.

All returns must be shipped to WP Pro North America freight pre-paid. Collect shipments will be refused and returned to the customer.

Authorization to return and receive credit for any product purchased from WP Pro North America must be obtained from an Authorized WP Pro North America officer. All returns must be accompanied by a complete WP Pro North America Credit memo. Memo will be generated by authorized WP Pro North America Personnels and must be pre-approved.

WP Pro North America will only issue credit for merchandise returned.

Returned merchandise must be new, in the original package, and in resalable condition. EACH ITEM THAT MUST BE REXBOED DUE TO CUSTOMER LABELING, MARKINGS OR OTHERWISE, WILL BE CHARGED $1.00 PER BOX.

Merchandised returned may subject to a 15% restocking/repackaging charge.

WP Pro North America will not issue credit for items that are damage by abuse, misuse, fire, water, weather, or improper installation. Such items will be returned to the customer at the customers’ expense.

A restocking charge of 15% will be charged against any returns made to pay a past due bill.
